Standard / Cruzer Snowboards

Our STANDARD boards in the rental fleet are called CRUZERS. All Standard or Cruzer kits come with genuine burton bindings and boots.
We have a special range of wider boardsfor the particularly big footed and for the really large sizes ( US 14-15 )* and in these sizes we provide riser plates to prevent toe and heel drag when turning.

*Please note it is recommended to book these sizes early.

Burton Learn to Ride (LTR) series

A beginner only has so much energy in a day, we want to put you on equipment that has you more time standing, less time edge flipping and climbing back to your feet.

This is perhaps why the best snowboard instructors in the valley recommend our product.
More standup time = quicker Progression (& it makes the instructors look good at their gig )

Burton have developed (LTR) or the 'Learn to Ride' range.
- LTR boards feature bevelled edges and convex bases to inhibit edge-catching
- lower cambers and softer flexes for easy turning in tight spaces (Cat Tracks)

All with the intention to speed up your progression enabling fun from the beginning - no apprenticeship.

Powder / Signature Snowboards

With equipment technically advancing every season and excess baggage costs on discount airfares one cannot help but think of the advantages of having the latest and greatest snowboard models here tuned up and waiting for you.

We have a selection of Burton, Prior, Amplid, and Venture signiture snowboards to accommodate jibbers through to backcountry powder fiends.

V-Rocker / Twin Snowboards

Our twin tip range of snowboards are predominantly camber boards , "the great alrounder" these boards have the widest applications for anything from jibbing to riding pow. Developed before the V-Rocker series they are still the recommended choice for edge control, icepack and carving groomers over their more recently developed Hybrid the V-Rocker twin.The Custom Flying V is definitely an all mountain snowboard but the loose/jibby feel on the mountain is the polar opposite of it's camber version.This style of board can help take an intermediate rider who wants to get to the next level. The ride is really fun but it has one issue and that is edge hold. This is an ideal board for inbound technical style riders who want to take their jibbing to the next level.

Splitboard Set

All of our split board rental kits include Viole skins, Sparke R&D Blaze bindings and Crampons. We have a selection of the Prior (Backcountry, Kyber, Spearhead, Fisslie)and Venture (Storm) splitboards available.

All splitboard rental bookings come inclusive with a spare parts/tool kit comprised of buckles,straps,screws and a Burton Bullet tool. We assign one of these kits per group or single booking.
